Colorectal cancer remains problematic in our society. It is the third most common cancer and the third leading cause of cancer mortality in the US. Recently there has been extensive evidence published in peer review journals reflecting changes in the treatment of colorectal cancer in its advanced stages.

This activity will address issues in the individualized treatment of advanced colorectal cancer, along with an in-depth look at varied treatment options. In so doing, it will provide expert education for community oncologists to facilitate their care of patients.
